LIBERIA VOTES TO CHOOSE ELLEN JOHNSON SIRLEAF SUCCESSOR. Voters in Monrovia, Liberia, hold their voting card prior to casting their vote for Liberia’s presidential and legislative elections, at a polling station on Oct 10, 2017.
