KUALA LUMPUR, July 31 (NNN-BERNAMA) —\u00a0Police have opened\u00a0investigation paper\u00a0into a video showing a Nepalese security guard being beaten with a stick in a parking lot\u00a0near here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wangsa Maju District Police chief Supt Rajab Ahad Ismail said the investigation found that the incident happened at a condominium car park in Jalan Madrasah, Wangsa Maju on July 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt is believed that the incident involved the suspect, a Pakistani national, and a Nepalese working as a security guard at the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAn investigation paper under Section 324 of the Penal Code has been opened. The cause of the incident is being probed and we are seeking the parties involved to come forward immediately to assist in the investigation,\u201d he said in a statement today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Until now, the victim has yet to lodge a police report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
