Photo courtesy of BERNAMA.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>SEPANG, Feb 4 (NNN-BERNAMA) &#8212; Pakistan\u2019s Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived here Monday night for a\u00a0two-day working visit to Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The special aircraft ferrying Imran Khan and his high-level delegation from Karachi landed at the KL International Airport (KLIA) at about 10.15 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defence Minister Mohamad Sabu, who is the&nbsp;Minister-in-Attendance, welcomed Imran Khan at the KLIA&#8217;s Bunga Raya Complex. Also present was Pakistan\u2019s High Commissioner to Malaysia Amna Baloch. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the former cricket star\u2019s second visit to Malaysia after&nbsp;taking office in August 2018.&nbsp;His first visit was in November 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foreign Ministry in a statement Monday said Imran Khan would hold a meeting with Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad Tuesday\u00a0morning to discuss bilateral cooperation and\u00a0exchange views on a range of regional and global issues\u00a0of common concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two leaders will also witness the signing of the Treaty on Extradition, it added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wisma Putra said the visit would boost relations with Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malaysia and Pakistan have&nbsp;enjoyed long-standing collaboration&nbsp;in the fields of education, defence cooperation, trade and investment, tourism and technical assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; NNN-BERNAMA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SEPANG, Feb 4 (NNN-BERNAMA) &#8212; Pakistan\u2019s Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived here Monday night for a\u00a0two-day working visit to Malaysia.
