Hossein Khanzadi, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Very soon we will have joint manoeuvres together with the naval forces of China and Russia, in Iran\u2019s southern territorial waters, and in the northern part of the Indian Ocean,&#8221; Khanzadi was quoted as saying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The preliminary plan of the military exercises was compiled last month.
