ANKARA, Sept 26 (NNN-ANADOLU) – Turkey rejects the statement made by Egypt, over Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman, Hami Aksoy, said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Egypt’s criticisms against Turkey, in the issue of fight against terrorism, is part of its “aggressive attitude,” Aksoy said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Ahmed Hafez, slammed earlier Erdogan’s statements, at the opening of the 74th session of the UN General Assembly, where Erdogan called for an investigation into the death of Egypt’s ousted president, Mohamed Morsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hafez said, Erdogan’s statements sounded “ironic,” in light of his “sponsorship of terrorism” in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
