{"id":36605,"date":"2019-08-08T10:31:41","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T02:31:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.namnewsnetwork.org\/?p=36605"},"modified":"2019-08-08T10:43:13","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T02:43:13","slug":"jordan-signs-deal-to-provide-palestine-with-several-types-of-fuel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/namnewsnetwork.org\/?p=36605","title":{"rendered":"Jordan Signs Deal To Provide Palestine With Several Types Of Fuel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>AMMAN, Jordan, Aug 8 (NNN-PETRA) &#8211; Jordan and Palestine signed a deal, to cover the Palestinian market&#8217;s needs of oil types, via and from Jordan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal, signed by Jordan&#8217;s Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Hala Zawati, and Palestinian Finance Minister, Shukri Bishara, entails cooperation in fulfilling Palestinian market&#8217;s needs of oil, through purchasing them from Jordan&#8217;s licensed companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the deal, oil products bought from Jordan can either be exported to Palestine or stored in Jordanian oil facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zawati underlined the significance of providing Palestine with oil derivatives, to help it diversify its energy resources, expressing Jordan&#8217;s readiness to share its expertise with Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Palestinian minister estimated the value of Palestine&#8217;s annual imports of oil derivatives at between 2.5 billion and three billion U.S. dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that, the Palestinian energy authority is closely following up on plans to raise the capacity of electric-grid connection with Jordan.&#8211; NNN-PETRA  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AMMAN, Jordan, Aug 8 (NNN-PETRA) &#8211; Jordan and Palestine signed a deal, to cover the Palestinian market&#8217;s needs of oil types, via and from Jordan.
