(\u201cHorizon Quantum\u201d), a pioneer of software infrastructure for quantum applications, today announced that it has completed its previously announced business combination (the \u201cBusiness Combination\u201d) with dMY Squared Technology Group, Inc. (\u201cdMY\u201d) (OTC: \u201cDMYY\u201d, \u201cDMYYU\u201d and \u201cDMYYW\u201d), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company. The Business Combination was approved by dMY\u2019s shareholders at dMY\u2019s special meeting held on March 17, 2026. On March 20, 2026, the combined company\u2019s Class A ordinary shares and warrants will begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols \u201cHQ\u201d and \u201cHQWWW,\u201d respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horizon Quantum is building software infrastructure that empowers developers to use quantum computing to solve the world\u2019s toughest computational problems.
