KUALA LUMPUR, June 20 (NNN- Bernama) — Hollywood film and TV director Bobby Roth will be in the city to conduct a five-day film masterclass from June 28 until July 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The course titled “A Director Prepares: Bobby Roth’s 5-Day Film Making Masterclass\u201d is organised by EDUAssist Foundation in collaboration with Asia Metropolitan University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“This is a once in a lifetime opportunity that filmmakers and film professionals in Malaysia should not miss. It is an event where they can learn the finer points of film making and hands-on knowledge on how world-class TV and films are made,\u201d said the organiser in a statement tonight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants of the masterclass will be awarded an Industrial Diploma In Film Directing endorsed by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The award-winning filmmaker has directed a number of highly rated TV series and films in his more than 30 years career in Hollywood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The television series that Roth had worked on include Miami Vice, Beverly Hills 90210, Hawaii 5-0, Prison Break and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. His films have won countless awards and been exhibited in over 100 international film festivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He also teaches seminars throughout the world and is the recipient of the 2017 Miami Web Fest Lifetime Achievement Award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
