In 2024, Tanzania was ranked Tier 1 in the Global Cybersecurity Index (GCI) by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This prestigious recognition highlights Tanzania as a global leader in cybersecurity and a role model for East, Central and Southern Africa.
