Held for the second year in Kuala Lumpur, and fifth time in Malaysia, the showcase with the theme \u2018Fostering a Resilient and Growing Electronics Manufacturing Supply Chain in South East Asia\u2019 brings together industry experts from around the world for critical insights into the semiconductor ecosystem, new business opportunities and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the opening ceremony,\u00a0<strong>Ajit Manocha, CEO of SEMI\u00a0<\/strong>said that SEMICON Southeast Asia 2019underscores the significance of the Electrical and Electronics (E&amp;E) segment\u2019s economic contribution to Malaysia. \u201cThe showcase aims to bridge Malaysia\u2019s three important electronics clusters while at the same time, serve as a central connection point to the rest of Southeast Asia\u2019s electronics manufacturing supply chain.
