The new feature will enable customers to immediately freeze their online banking ID (\u201cCIMB Clicks ID\u201d) in-app if they detect any unusual or suspicious transactions or suspect that their account has been compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the Lock Clicks ID is activated, users will be automatically logged out of CIMB Clicks and\/or CIMB OCTO. Once a CIMB Clicks ID is locked, users will not be able to log in and any new out-going transactions cannot be performed.
