Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>KUALA LUMPUR, April 1 (Bernama) &#8212;&nbsp;<\/strong>The Asian International Arbitration Centre (\u201cAIAC\u201d) proudly announces the successful closing of the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;AIAC-ICC Pre-Moot for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (\u201cPre-Moot\u201d). The Pre-Moot was jointly organised by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (\u201cICC\u201d) and the AIAC from 22<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;to 24<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of March 2019. The purpose of the Pre-Moot, which is aligned with the AIAC\u2019s purpose, is to foster Alternative Dispute Resolution capacity building in the region. As a curtain-raiser for the Pre-Moot, the ICC Young Arbitrators\u2019 Forum (\u201cYAF\u201d) and AIAC Young Practitioners\u2019 Group (\u201cYPG\u201d) also held a conference on 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;March where experienced practitioners and academics dissected the anatomy of international arbitration, starting from procedure, substance and enforcement.
