{"id":164373,"date":"2022-02-18T09:10:41","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T01:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.namnewsnetwork.org\/?p=164373"},"modified":"2022-02-18T09:14:09","modified_gmt":"2022-02-18T01:14:09","slug":"afghan-industrialists-denounce-bidens-decision-as-unjust-call-for-assets-return-from-u-s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/namnewsnetwork.org\/?p=164373","title":{"rendered":"Afghan Industrialists Denounce Biden&#8217;s Decision As Unjust, Call For Assets Return From U.S."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL, Feb 18 (NNN-ANA) &#8211; The Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines, described the recent decision by U.S. President, Joe Biden, on Afghanistan&#8217;s frozen assets as unjust, and called for the return of the assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;On behalf of 5,000 factories and hundreds of mine extracting companies, I, today, describe the recent decision by President Biden as unjust, and stealing our national assets, and we denounce it,&#8221; acting chairman of the association, Al-Hajj Sakhi Ahmad Paiman, told reporters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paiman said, some 400,000 people directly and around 1.5 million others indirectly, are working for the factories, mines and businesses run by the Afghanistan Chamber of Industries and Mines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The United States, following its completion of forces evacuation in Aug last year, has frozen more than nine billion U.S. dollars assets of Afghanistan&#8217;s central bank, which led to economic crisis and poverty in the war-torn country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biden reportedly in a decree issued last Friday, allocated 3.5 billion of the sum to the victims of the 9\/11 terrorist attacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;America claims itself as a defender of human rights and freedom.
