(President &amp; COO: Masashi Miyamoto, Kyowa Hakko Kirin), announces it has established an Australian subsidiary, named Kyowa Kirin Australia Pty Ltd (Kyowa Kirin Australia). With the establishment of Kyowa Kirin Australia, Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific aims to launch Kyowa Hakko Kirin\u2019s global strategic products in the country.<br><br>\u201cIt is our pleasure to announce we have incorporated our subsidiary in Australia,\u201d said Chikakuni Kotani, President of Kyowa Kirin Asia Pacific. \u201cIt was announced last month that Kyowa Kirin Group will be shifting to a new global management structure under the \u201cOne Kyowa Kirin\u201d policy.
