(NASDAQ: MXIM) today announced that China\u2019s State Administration for Market Regulation has given antitrust clearance for Analog Devices\u2019 previously announced acquisition of Maxim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction has now received all required regulatory clearances.
