In Malaysia, an estimated 3.5 million adults are living with diabetes, an increase of 230% from 6.3% in 1986 to 20.8% in 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of the sufferers, especially those in their 20\u2019s and 30\u2019s, do not know that they have the disease.
