NAM NEWS NETWORK is placed under Bernama ’s International News Service. The secretariat is administered by the Deputy Editor in Chief of International News Services in tandem with an Editor
The Editorial operations is currently from 7am to midnight daily seven days a week. Its ICT team comprises a web-master and a photo-web administrator. The Bernama General Manager heads a management committee of the NNN which in turn reports periodically to the NNN Supervisory Council, which acts in an advisory capacity.

The Deputy Editor in Chief of International News Services reports directly to the CEO and the Editor-in-Chief of Bernama, the national news agency of Malaysia, on all matters.
The CEO heads a management committee of the NNN which in turn reports periodically to the NNN Supervisory Council, which acts in an advisory capacity.
The other Council members are the Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry, a representative of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Malaysia, a representative of the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS), Malaysia, Bernama CEO, and Deputy Editor in Chief of International News Service.
