RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, Feb 20 (NNN-SPA) – Saudi King, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, discussed, on Tuesday, with Russian President, Vladimir Putin, cooperation to achieve stability in oil markets, it was reported.
They focused on the oil markets, during a telephone call made by the Saudi King, in order to ensure the growth of global economy.
They also reviewed the distinguished relations between the two countries, and several issues of common interest.
Russia and other leading oil producers, as well as, the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, agreed to cut their oil output by a combined 1.2-million-barrel per day, starting from Jan, in order to balance global oil markets and support prices.– NNN-SPA
