KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 25 (Bernama) — A new concept, called the ‘silence implies consent after 28 days’, will be introduced by the Government for obtaining the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for completed buildings.
Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) Director General, Dato’ Abdul Latif bin Haji Abu Seman said the construction industry highlighted that due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), 9,090 buildings are pending clearance as at 7 May 2020 (excluding Sabah &Sarawak) by local authorities and technical agencies on the CCC via MyMudah.
