KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 (NNN-BERNAMA) — The High Court here will be delivering the verdict tomorrow, Tuesday, on seven charges facing former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, comprising three criminal breach of trust (CBT), one charge of abuse of position, and three charges of money laundering involving SRC International Sdn Bhd (SRC)’s funds amounting to RM42 million.
High Court Judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali is scheduled to deliver the verdict at 10am.
The Pekan MP allegedly committed the offences at AmIslamic Bank Berhad, Ambank Group Building, No 55, Jalan Raja Chulan here, and at the Prime Minister’s Office, Precinct 1, Putrajaya, between Aug 17, 2011, and March 2, 2015.
