JAKARTA, Indonesia, Feb 13 (NNN-ANTARA) – A Daesh-linked Indonesian militant, has been confirmed killed, in a coalition troop raid in Syria, according to a senior police officer on Tuesday.
The killed Indonesian Daesh fighter was Saifuddin, alias Abu Walid, Indonesian Police Headquarters Spokesperson, Dedi Prasetyo, said.
Dedi said on Monday that, Abu Walid was the one, who ordered and financed an Indonesian Daesh operative, Hari Kuncoro, to join the group in Syria.
Abu Walid had transferred some 2,100 U.S. dollars for Kuncoro to organise travelling to Syria, he added.– NNN-ANTARA
