TEHRAN, Iran, Feb 13 (NNN-IRNA) – A top Iranian military commander, said that, the upcoming anti-Iran meeting in Poland’s capital, Warsaw, will fail to influence Iran’s policies.
The hostile meeting will fail to undermine Iran’s power, said Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohammad Baqeri.
The two-day Middle East Security Meeting, co-hosted by the United States and Poland, opens in Warsaw today, to discuss the Middle East political situation and the role of Iran in regional developments.
Poland has pledged that the meeting will not include any anti-Iran discussions, Baqeri said.
In effect, the outcome of the meeting is “insignificant,” the Iranian commander added.
Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif, said earlier that, the anti-Iran meeting in the Polish capital, has already failed to reach its objectives.– NNN-IRNA
