KUALA LUMPUR, July 2 (NNN-BERNAMA) — The Federal Court today dismissed the application by Mkini Dotcom Sdn Bhd and Malaysiakini editor-in-chief to set aside leave obtained by AG to commence committal proceedings against them.
It has set July 13 to hear the contempt proceedings.
