BEIRUT, Lebanon, Feb 8 (NNN-NNA) – The British ambassador to Lebanon said on Thursday, that, his country will provide all needed support for Lebanon to become more stable, secure and richer.
“We will invest in Lebanon in 2019, more than in 2018 … We will help the Lebanese in creating a better future,” Chris Rampling was quoted as saying.
Rampling also emphasised the need for Lebanon to implement serious reforms, to achieve all its goals.
Britain will continue to support the Lebanese army and internal security forces in 2019, he added.– NNN-NNA
