KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 (Bernama) — Since the announcement of the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) on 18 March to the few phases of extension, AmGeneral Insurance Berhad (AmGeneral) has been supporting its policyholders in getting through Covid-19, offering around the clock support to ensure they receive continuous insurance protection under its two retail brands, Kurnia and AmAssurance.
“Although we are in the insurance business, and it has always been our purpose to make Malaysia a safer place, taking care of our policyholders in times of need, especially in facing the current Covid-19 pandemic,” said Derek Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of AmGeneral.
