Giant Malaysia is giving back to the community during Movement Control Order (MCO)
KUALA LUMPUR, April 23 (Bernama) — Giant Malaysia is teaming up with The Lost Food Project (TFLP) to distribute a month’s essential food supply to 26 charity homes affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This initiative will benefit 1,422 recipients from homes for elderly, disabled, orphanages, orang asal, single mothers and refugees.
In recognition of the challenges many people are facing due to the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO), Giant is stepping up its efforts in giving back to the community, in particular to those in charity homes who have been affected by the pandemic where access to resources face challenges.
