HANOI, Apr 6 (NNN-VNA) – A traffic accident between two trucks, in Vietnam’s central Ninh Thuan province, killed one and injured two on Monday (today).
A truck, carrying goods, in the direction from central Nha Trang to southern Ho Chi Minh City, collided with another, transporting frozen shrimp, in the early morning on Monday, killing the driver and injuring two others on the former truck, news agency reported.
Vietnam reported a total of 3,469 traffic accidents, in the first three months this year, down 13.9 percent year-on-year, according to the country’s National Committee for Traffic Safety.
More than 17,600 traffic accidents occurred in Vietnam in 2019, killing over 7,600 people and severely injuring some 13,600 people.– NNN-VNA
