DHAKA, Feb 2 (NNN-BSS) — A team of the Rapid Action Battalion
(RAB) arrested four members of banned militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT) from city’s Uttara area early Friday.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of RAB-1 conducted drive at city’s Uttara area
around 2am and arrested the four active members of the militant
group, according to an official release.
The RAB also recovered some Jihadi books, mobile and sharp weapons from
their possession.
The arrestees were involved in a plot to kill some renowned personalities
