MUSCAT, Mar 3 (NNN-ONA) – Oman and the United Kingdom (UK) pledged to support any effort that would enhance security, stability and peace in the region and the world.
This came during a meeting between Omani Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Yousuf bin Alawi and his British counterpart, Dominic Raab.
The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, during the meeting, the two sides discussed current developments in a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
The two sides highlighted the importance of dialogue and cooperation, in finding diplomatic solutions to various issues, while pledging to support any peace-making effort in the region and the world.
The two ministers also reviewed cooperation between the two countries in various fields and ways to enhance them within the framework of building a strategic partnership.– NNN-ONA
