NEW DELHI, Feb 26 (NNN-PTI) – As many as 24 people were killed and five others injured, when a bus fell into a river, in India’s western state of Rajasthan on Wednesday (today), confirmed a local cop.
The mishap occurred in the Lakheri area of the state’s Bundi district.
The bus, carrying 29 passengers, was on its way from Kota area to Sawaimadhopur district of the state.
The accident took place at around 10.00 hours (local time).
The injured passengers were admitted in a local hospital. Further details are awaited.– NNN-PTI
