SEOUL, Jan 14 (NNN-YONHAP) – South Korean President, Moon Jae-in, said, Tuesday, that, he was optimistic about relations between South Korea and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), although the inter-Korean ties are faced with difficulties, caused by the deadlocked dialogue between the DPRK and the United States.
