MOSCOW, Russia, Dec 31 (NNN-TASS) – Moscow favours normalising relations with Washington, Russian President, Vladimir Putin said, in his Christmas and New Year greetings to U.S. President, Donald Trump.
Moscow supports establishing equal dialogue between the two countries, based on mutual respect of interests, Putin told Trump in the message, posted on the Kremlin website on Monday.
Putin noted that Russia and the United States are historically responsible for ensuring global security and stability.
He also reaffirmed his invitation to Trump, to visit Moscow, in May, 2020, to take part in the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the victory, in the Great Patriotic War.– NNN-TASS
