BEIRUT, Dec 14 (NNN-XINHUA) – As many as 150 Lebanese have visited China for training and workshop this year, said Chinese ambassador in Lebanon.
The Chinese embassy held a reception for Lebanese, who participated in training and workshops in China.
Wang Kejian, Chinese ambassador in Lebanon, representatives from the Chinese embassy, and Lebanese who acquired training in different fields in the East Asian country, took part in the ceremony.
“Around 150 Lebanese visited China for training and workshop this year,” Wang said, adding, “I noticed that they have all appreciated what they saw in China, in terms of modernisation and the quick improvement in living conditions of the population.”
The ambassador said that China will continue to make reforms and open up to the rest of the world, while committing to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.
Meanwhile, Wassim Audi, former board member of Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL), praised the great achievements made by China.
“Every year I visit China I always see new achievements,” he told the Chinese audience attending the reception.– NNN-XINHUA
