KUWAIT, Nov 18 (NNN-KUNA) – Kuwait will build e-link between healthcare centres and hospitals, Kuwait’s Minister of Health, Bassel Al-Sabah said, on Sunday, at the inauguration of a healthcare centre in Hawalli Governorate.
The implementation of the electronic link between healthcare centres and public hospitals is underway, he said, at the opening ceremony of Salwa Healthcare Centre.
There is already an electronic link between healthcare centres and the primary healthcare system currently, he noted.
The health ministry is working to implement the electronic prescription system soon, which aims to maintain the safety and protection of patients, stop wasting money, and avoid medical errors, he added.– NNN-KUNA
