PUL-E-KHUMRI, Afghanistan, Nov 12 (NNN-AGENCIES) – Units of Afghan Special Force, killed 13 armed militants, during overnight operations against Taliban outfit in Dand-e-Ghori area, outside Pul-e-Khumri, the capital of the northern Baghlan province, Abdul Ghafar Nuristani, spokesman for the Special Force, said today, Tuesday.
Three more militants sustained injuries, and their hideouts have been destroyed during the operations, backed by fighter aircraft, the official said.
Taliban militants, who are in control of major parts of Dand-e-Ghori and the neighbouring Dand-e-Shahabudin district, over the past couple of years, have not commented on the report.– NNN-AGENCIES
