SEPANG, Oct 29 (Bernama) — Malindo Air experienced a slight glitch in ground operations at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport on 27 Oct 2019. Our flight bound for Trichy was affected with delay which was caused by technical defects to our aircraft, and the delay has caused arguments between our ground operations staff and some passengers.
Upon discovering the technical glitch, standard operating procedures were carried out by our highly-trained technical crew and engineers to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft. Malindo Air takes the wellbeing and safety of our passengers very seriously.
