DHAKA, Bangladesh, Oct 15 (NNN-XINHUA) – The three-day “Digital Device and Innovation Expo 2019” kicked off in Bangladeshi capital Dhaka on Monday.
The exhibition is being held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC), also known as Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, in Dhaka.
Organisers said, the exhibition is mainly highlighting the successful journey of 10 years of Digital Bangladesh.
In a message at the event, Bangladeshi Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina, said, her government, in the past years, transformed Bangladesh into a Digital Bangladesh by making information technology accessible to all.
The theme of the event is: “Made in Bangladesh,” and LEE, the first ever walking robot in Bangladesh, is the brand ambassador of the event.
At the end of the expo tomorrow, 30 innovations will be awarded.– NNN-XINHUA
