NORFOLK, Va., Oct 11 (Bernama-BUSINESS WIRE) — The effort to make The Port of Virginia® the deepest port on the U.S. East Coast begins by January 2020, following the finalization this week of a contract with the dredging firm that will build the project’s initial phase.
