MUSCAT, Oman, Sept 15 (NNN-ONA) – Oman announced on Saturday, its rejection of Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent statements, about Palestine.
“Oman reiterates its rejection of Netanyahu’s recent statements on the Palestinian state, and supports the Palestinian people, in all their efforts, to establish an independent Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital,” the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in a statement.
Netanyahu said on Tuesday, that, he would annex the Jordan Valley, in the occupied West Bank, right after Israel’s Sept 17 election, if he wins the re-election.
His statements were strongly condemned by Palestinians and all the Arab leaders.– NNN-ONA
