HANOI, Vietnam, Sept 7 (NNN-VNA) – A parcel exploded in Vietnam’s capital, Hanoi, on Saturday (this) morning, injuring at least two local youths.
A young man was seen opening a parcel, in the form of a gift box, on a pavement in Hoang Mai district, when suddenly, the parcel exploded, the agency quoted witnesses as reporting.
His arm was bleeding, while a nearby young man’s neck was struck with many small sharp objects, according to the witnesses.
The cause of the incident was being investigated, the agency reported.– NNN-VNA
