MUSCAT, Oman, Sept 4 (NNN-ONA) – The Omani Royal Army’s 11th Infantry Brigade forces, on Tuesday, finalised their manoeuvres, code-named, Deadly Arrow, conducted with live ammunition and the air force backing.
According to an official statement, of the Omani Moral Guidance, the war game was held under the auspices of the Royal Omani Army Commander, General Matar bin Salim Al Balushi.
The statement noted, the exercise was part of a training plan, pursued by the leadership of the Sultanate of Oman, to maintain the highest level of combat readiness and efficiency of the Omani armed forces.
The drills were followed by an exhibition of military equipment.– NNN-ONA
