TEHRAN, Iran, Sept 1 (NNN-TASNIM) – Iran’s navy will stage a war game in the Caspian Sea, in the near future, Commander of the Iranian Navy, Hossein Khanzadi, said, on Saturday.
The four-day military exercise is code-named “Sustainable Security and Power,” Khanzadi was quoted as saying.
The war game aims to achieve security and preparedness of the Iranian forces, equipment and weapons, at a significant level, he said.
“The war game will be carried out independently,” the commander said, adding that, it is also on the agenda, to hold joint military exercises with neighbouring countries in the near future.– NNN-TASNIM
