Hezbollah Hands Two Crashed Israeli Drones To Lebanese Army Intelligence

BEIRUT, Lebanon, Aug 31 (NNN-NNA) – Hezbollah announced on Friday that, it has handed the two Israeli drones that attacked Lebanese capital, Beirut’s southern suburbs last weekend, to the army intelligence, Al Manar local TV Channel reported.

“Hezbollah collaborated with the army intelligence, since the moment of the attack on Beirut’s southern suburbs,” it said.

It added that, the two drones were not launched from Lebanese territories, but they were probably fired from Israeli vessels.

On Aug 25, an Israeli drone was brought down over the southern suburbs of Beirut, while a second one exploded in the air, causing severe damage to a media centre belonging to the Hezbollah.

This was the first clear Israeli attack against Lebanon since 2006.– NNN-NNA
