KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 27 (NNN-BERNAMA) — The High Court here has set Nov 11 for its decision on former Malaysian prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s SRC International Sdn Bhd trial.
The court will decide on whether to order the accused to enter defence or otherwise.
Najib faces seven charges, of which three are for criminal breach of trust, one for abuse of power, and three for money laundering involving SRC International funds totalling RM42mil.
