NEW YORK, Aug 26 (NNN-AGENCIES) – A 5.3-magnitude earthquake, jolted 36 km NW of Buala, Solomon Islands, at 1728 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 55.47 km, was initially determined to be at 7.9201 degrees south latitude, and 159.344 degrees east longitude.– NNN-AGENCIES
