SINGAPORE, Aug 22 (Bernama) — NEC Asia Pacific (NEC APAC) today announced the successful commencement of a managed end-user computing service for Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific.
This three-year managed service contract provides a centralized 24/7 multi-lingual IT service desk to support and troubleshoot for desktop workstations for over 12,000 users across 10 markets/offices in the Asia Pacific region (*1). On-site engineers are deployed in Fuji Xerox’s regional offices to ensure quick resolutions to any issues. NEC also manages end-to-end asset lifecycles, from procurement and installation to replacement of devices, as part of this agreement.
