Wireless Advocates will implement the Synchronoss Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and specifically its Digital Journeys product set into its enterprise architecture, delivering a best-in-class customer experience in its retail and digital environments.
Wireless Advocates operates retail kiosks and online sales activities for their national retail wholesale partners, Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES), Marine Corps Exchange (MCX), Navy Exchange (NEX) and other retail partners.
