Rebels’ Mortar Fire Kills Six Civilians In Syria’s Aleppo

DAMASCUS, Syria, July 15 (NNN-SANA) – At least six civilians were killed and eight others wounded on Sunday, by rebels’ mortar fire, that targeted Aleppo city, in northern Syria.

The mortar shells were fired on residential areas in Aleppo city.

Since being recaptured by the Syrian army in 2016, Aleppo has remained largely safe, except from the mortar shelling by the rebels.

The radical rebels, located in the western and northern countryside of Aleppo, frequently fire mortar shells on the city, and government-controlled areas, in the countryside of Aleppo Province.– NNN-SANA
