Ltd., the owner of Abaxx Commodity Exchange and Clearinghouse (individually, “Abaxx Exchange” and “Abaxx Clearing”), today announced that Abaxx Exchange has registered as an Organised Market Place (“OMP”) with the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (“ACER”) as of April 8, 2026.
This registration enables Abaxx Exchange to meet reporting obligations under the European Union’s Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (“EU REMIT”).
