BEIRUT, Lebanon, June 27 (NNN-NNA) – The United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL), donated transport and information technology equipment, to security agencies in southern Lebanon.
The UNIFIL also plans to offer similar equipment for the Lebanese security forces, very soon.
UNIFIL has been operating in southern Lebanon since 2006, by supporting land and maritime Lebanese forces, in improving their capabilities and preserving peace in the area.– NNN-NNA
